AOBP welcomes second lender for 2015

Specialist short-term lender Peninsula Finance has joined The Association of Bridging Professionals.
Peninsula, which formally launched in 2002, has roots in lending dating back to the 1920s. The lender has lent in excess of £120 million to SMEs, companies, partnerships and individuals over the past 13 years.
Daniel Palmer, CEO of Peninsula Finance plc, commented: “I am delighted that we have joined the Association of bridging Professionals. The Plymouth-based lender specialises in short-term lending, primarily secured on commercial property and accepts a wide range for security.
