A survey from a dating website for married and attached people looking to cheat on their partners has found that women in the finance industry are more likely to have an affair than those in any other profession .

The survey, conducted by Victoria Milan, polled 5,658 women – who have or are currently cheating on their partners – and found those involved in the banking and financial sector (brokers, bankers and analysts) are the ones most likely to be up to no good.

And the survey revealed that of those who had cheated on their husbands and boyfriends most had flings with colleagues with 65% of unfaithful women admitted to cheating at work.

Those polled said that what makes cheating with a colleague interesting is the fact that it makes work more exciting and fun whilst the workplace is one of the easiest place to find someone to connect with.

However respondents said what they feared about liaisons at work was the risk of it ending badly or partners finding out about their infidelity. However just 10% said they were concerned about their career.
