Connect for Intermediaries is now offering members residential permissions to go with buy-to-let, bridging, commercial, second charge, expat property finance and protection.
Now Connect has residential permissions brokers can access a panel of more than 80 lenders.
Appointed representatives will also get administration, compliance support and unique mortgage sourcing tools.
Liz Syms (pictured), chief executive at Connect for Intermediaries, said: “The specialist residential sector is a growing area of the mortgage market and I feel now is the perfect time to expand our network.
“We are widely known for our panel and specialism in the buy- to-let and commercial markets and this will remain our biggest unique selling point.
“However, we also have in place a comprehensive panel of residential lenders and an established help desk, so our unique network is ideally positioned to deliver support and expertise to help our members expand their own client offering.”
Connect has over a hundred network members who have the permission to advise and transact on a number of finance options such as bridging and commercial.
