Dragonfly has completed a double appointment with Mitesh Patel and Linda Johnson joining the bridging lender.

Patel, who joins as credit analyst, comes to Dragonfly from Private & Commercial Finance where he worked as a senior recoveries manager.

New service manager Johnson joins from Pepper UK where she was a mortgage and litigation specialist.

Last month Mark Posniak took up the role of managing director before appointing Matt Smith as director of risk and recoveries and D’mitri Zaprzala as head of sales.

Posniak said: ‘‘Mitesh and Linda are a great addition to the rapidly expanding team here at Dragonfly.

“Their extensive experience within the financial services industry will serve them well.

“We are putting the pedal to the floor at present and both of them will further strengthen our service levels and standards, as well as the broader Dragonfly proposition.”
