The Loans Engine has won a major award from specialist lender and challenger bank Shawbrook.
The specialist finance broker won the coveted award for, ‘Putting the customer at the heart…’ 2015 which was voted for by Shawbrook Bank’s customers.
The customer service accolade is given to highlight an outstanding service offering and proposition.
Maeve Ward, sales & operations manager, secured lending, Shawbrook Bank, said: “The ‘Putting customer at the heart…’ award is a prestigious one, given for exceptional service as voted for by the customer.
“In order to get these results, Shawbrook carries out a survey with every single customer, speaking with them prior to completion and asking them to rate the service they’ve received from the broker and the overall experience of their customer journey. This year TLE was top of all our broker partners with nine out of 10 customers rating the service and the experience extremely highly.”
Second charge specialist, TLE, has been working with Shawbrook since 2009 and saw off competition from every other major distribution firm used by the bank across the UK.
