Positive Lending is now offering free upfront valuations on Precise and Aldermore bridging applications.

This incentive is offered with no changes to Precise or Aldermore pricing where rates start from 0.59% per month with a 2% facility fee.

Chris Fairfax, managing director, said: “We believe a packager should add genuine value for intermediaries and their customers.

“By using Positive you will be assured of expert knowledge, packager exclusive rates, no increase in standard facility fees and the same commission or more compared to applying directly.

“With this bridging incentive we have taken our approach one stage further and offered a free valuation for qualifying consumers. We hope to make your decision to use Positive as easy as possible.”

To qualify consumers must submit signed terms or application form and satisfy underwriting requirements.

The incentive is available to all standard and light refurb applications greater than £200,000 net and where the property value is less than £1,000,000.
